    There were cockroaches everywhere. The washroom, bedsheets, pillows, basically everything was unclean and unhygienic.

    I and my wife stayed in Blue Iris hotel for 3 nights. The stay was ok and not much negative comments about the hotel rooms, stay and service. However there are few concerns which are as follows: 1. While check-in into the room, we had to request coffee mugs, spoons, coffee powder, sugar, etc. as they were not checked and replenished while completing the previous check-out. 2. There were no buckets and mugs in the bathroom, which we had to request separately to get it supplied. They need to keep them always in the bath room. 3. On the corridor of floor, the water is still dripping from the roof onto the floor which may cause accidents. 4. The used plates, spoons and cups were placed on the corridors outside the room but they were not removed on time. They remained for long time. The housekeeping staff must take care. 5. During midnights (between 12 am to 1.30 am), there were heavy noises heard somewhere near our room. When asked in the reception, they informed that cleaning was going on in checked out rooms. I request that unnecessary disturbances like these must be avoided. 6. There were cockroaches found on the floors inside the bathroom as well as rooms. After checkout and immediately after periodic cleaning, cockroach spray must be applied on regular basis to avoid this.

    I was in this Hotel for 3 days and it was as per expectations. Clean room with all requirements facilities for a business traveller. Lobby area well maintained. The only thing I found strange which they need to improve on 3rd floor is the water leakage from roof which keeps happening in lobby area permanently.
