The property is new and the rooms are comfortable and clean stay 4 nights it was excellent. Breakfast was also given everyday with coffee reasonably priced.

Location was good. Close to Shollingnallur.
Cleanliness- room was clean but bathroom not clean, glasses kept in the room were used and dirty, glass bottle was kept in same condition.
Breakfast was also so so.
No dedicated parking space in the property
No toiletries
No water bottles provided
AC was making noise
No restaurant within the property
