Experience Central Vienna from a Stylish and Modern Apartment

Great location.

There was some hair from previous persons.

The location is excellent - 10 min walk to trams, buses and trains but in a quiet area with a college/school behind so very limited noise and only when it was break or lunch but children playing isn’t a bad thing! The apartment was spacious for the two of us and great to have an additional separate toilet outside of the bathroom (that also has a toilet). There is a lift to the apartment on the 3rd floor but three steps up to the external entrance once through the main gates so those of limited mobility beware. It felt very secure inside the apartment and block. There were plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses etc as well as towels. The linen was clean and provided for both sofa-bed and bedroom. There were no additional blankets (travelling in May so weather temperamental) but once heating worked they weren’t needed.

The boiler wasn’t working when we arrived and took a few days to sort (thank you) but hot water is on a different supply and was plentiful. Good water pressure! The bath is treacherous when having a shower. There really needs to be a slip mat available as getting in and out was difficult due to the design. There is a grab rail but it isn’t easy to use when getting out.

Posizione ottima. Intorno supermercati e ristoranti. Casa come in foto, pulita e spaziosa. Palazzo tranquillo con ascensore. Vista cortile interno molto tranquillo. C’è la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice che ci hanno fatto molto comodo.

Qualche asciugamano in più sarebbe stato il top. Mancavano piccole cose utili in cucina come qualcosa per girare nelle padelle senza graffiare, una forbice, tazzine da caffè, qualche canovaccio in più, tovagliette per la colazione.

Besides of the some negatives - everything were awesome!

In the 2nd day of the vacation (10/10/2022) in the building started renovation, and the problem that no one tell us about that. In addition, the bed is for twice, but the blunket is only for an one person (there are 2 blunket for every person). In addition, there is no air-conditioner, and the enter to the bath is a few higher than needed to be and no very comfortable. Besides to that - everything were awesome!
