The property is an excellent base to explore the beauty and history of Firenze whilst being able to escape to a quiet corner of the city. Within easy walk of excellent food, drink and shopping. Linked to areas further afield by the local bus network and positioned perfectly to reach with ease from the train station. The apartment itself is perfect for solo travellers or couples. Bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning works well. All amenities you’d expect are provided. Highly recommend.

1. Host Sabrina was a delight to communicate with. Friendly and helpful. She helped to call a taxi upon check out. 2. Distance is walkable to the train station however as I had heavy luggages after shopping, it was better to take a taxi even though it was a very short journey. We walked from train station to accommodation on Day 1 as the distance was walkable and easy to navigate with Google maps. 3. Clean and cosy place. Cupboard did not smell musky, place had a nice smell from the diffuser. A towel rack and sufficient hangers were provided. 4. Convenient location with a Chapel, restaurants, supermarket, laundromat, pharmacy, and most importantly, a gelato shop nearby. 5. Adaptors were provided for use. We stayed 6 nights and there were no issues with hot water, flushing, and WiFi reception. This place is highly recommended for a cosy stay. Will definitely choose this place again if I come back to Florence.

1. There were no shampoo and conditioner but that is not a problem for me as I always bring mine. Bring your own or you can always buy one from the nearby supermarket.

Location was brilliant. Air con meant we could sleep despite heat.

No microwave but in reality everything was great

Sicuramente la cordialità è la disponibilità dell host è stata penso una delle poche cose positive di questo viaggio.. un’altra è la posizione dell’-appartamento.

Purtroppo ci sono stati problemi con il riscaldamento, la casa non era mai calda..non si raggiungeva una temperatura decente mai neanche tenendo ore ed ore acceso, questo per giorni. Un giorno non abbiamo avuto acqua calda ma per fortuna solamente per un giorno.
