It was a great experience

Felt cozy, home . Nice place to relax after sightseeing and spending out for the whole day.

A very charming building and location

I really enjoyed staying here and would stay again. I liked the neighborhood, which is not touristy, and the arrangement of the rooms around the shared patio creates a pleasant atmosphere. The location might seem a bit off the beaten path to some, but that's part of what I liked. It's very close to the Brancacci Chapel, Santo Spirito, and the many little shops of the Oltarno. There is a grocery next door and a laundromat across the street - very convenient. These are really rooms rather than apartments. Mine was the larger one, which I chose because it has a little dining table, but I peeked into the one with a fireplace and thought it looked nice and seemed to have a newer bathroom. I didn't meet the owners in person, but they were readily available via WhatsApp and the cleaning lady was helpful and came every day.

I have no significant complaints, but I would suggest, as others have, that the owners provide a couple of plates and knives, forks, and spoons. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom that didn't work. That didn't matter for me, and I'm sure the owners would have remedied it if I'd mentioned it. I think an iron and ironing board would be appreciated by guests as well.

We liked a lot. Probably would stay again!

The room is very comfortable, and we loved the Mediterranean character it has. The little yard is so cute and the location reeeeally good! The host was available fastly when we needed.

There was a slightly smell in the house I guess from the wood or wetness I don’t really know.

Amazing location and lovely room!

Excellent location, right near some cool spots and it was a short walk away from all the sights. The room was just what we needed and the courtyard outside the room was very pretty and provided a nice space to have a drink or chat. The bed was huge and really comfy and the room had everything we needed. The shop right next door was also handy! Andrea was really friendly and sent really clear instructions to check into the room and it was super easy to get into the building. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again! Thank you!

Good value for the price in Florence.

The property is an excellent price and great location and the host is uber responsive. Comfy bed, cold AC, and very safe property.

There is a strong potpourri smell in the apartment that caused some allergy.

No breakfast provided. The location was convenient to get anywhere in town.

The only problem was with the right shower door. The wheels wouldn't stay in the track & I had to force them back in every time I opened the doors.

the worst host i ever met!

the apartments is nice, the location is best. but..

it was a worst experience that i ever had. we had to leave a day before checkout. keep in mind that the host has no empathy - he host wants extra money for a kid (8yo) without giving anything extra. i been visited almost 100 countries and it’s the first time when i faced with such attitudes.

The room is very big, the location is amazing, you have a nice terrace outside in which we enjoyed breakfast It’s next to everything and also you have a supermarket right next to it which is extra comfortable

We had some malfunctions in the room - the mini refrigerator didn’t work and the shower door got out of its frame Our host was very kind and responsive and tried to help, but it seems they weren’t fixable during our stay I will add that our host was amazing and helped us with recommendations and questions

Quiet and pleasant stay next to the city center

The location is really convenient, it is quiet and calm enough but just at 10 minutes walking distance from the city center.

It was not cheap, but in fact accommodation in the city was generally expensive when we stayed there.

Bardzo polecam Cortile Santa Monaca ze względu na świetny kontakt z obsługą, czystość i położenie. Od tramwaju z lotniska ( czyli od dworca kolejowego) 15min spacerem. Cisza i spokój. Ogrzewanie bez zastrzeżeń ( byliśmy w styczniu) Sklep samoobsługowy 1 min.

L'appartamento é grazioso, silenzioso ed ubicato in un quartiere storico ben servito da tutti i punti di vista. La sua posizione è comoda per visitare la città.

Soluzione perfetta per qualità prezzo

La stanza è spaziosa e si presenta molto pulita e curata nonostante si trovi all’interno di un edificio antico. Il letto matrimoniale ed il divano sono davvero molto ampi e comodi. Anche il bagno era pulito, con i sigilli di pulizia. La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dal ponte carraia, a 10 minuti dal ponte vecchio e meno di 15 dalla stazione. Nei pressi della struttura c’è tutto il necessario. Il check in è molto semplice e l’host è disponibile. Il rapporto qualità prezzo nel mio caso è stato eccezionale.

Premetto che elencherò dei piccoli accorgimenti che potrebbero aiutare persone particolarmente esigenti nella scelta, tuttavia non sono risultati dei difetti o problemi nel mio caso. La stanza presenta delle finestre sul soffitto che di notte risultano delle piccole fonti di luce, probabilmente contattando il proprietario sarebbe stato possibile capire come oscurarle. Non ci sono prese comode affianco al letto. Il phone è di ottima qualità ma non presenta un diffusore.

Servicio pésimo , 0 empatía con el cliente

Fuimos a hacer el check in pero no estaban las llaves en la caja como nos indicaron , esto fue sobre las 12 de la noche , intentamos hablar con ellos para solucionarlo y no quedarnos en la calle pero no nos hicieron el más mínimo caso , menos mal que encontramos una habitación en otro sitio ,si hubiera sido por ellos dormimos en la calle con el frío , servicio pésimo , nada recomendable

В шаге от апартамента находится продуктовый магазин. Помещение находится в старом городе, до основных достопримечательностей 10 -15 минут пешком. Шикарная широкая кровать с чистейшим белоснежным бельем! В номере было отопление и кондиционер.

Мы попросили ложки-вилки, но нам отказали. Пришлось покупать целый комплект столовых принадлежностей.

La posizione molto buona al centro Firenze ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla. La location molto bella.

C'è stato un problema con Booking per l'assegnazione della camera che ho dovuto cambiare. Sono cliente da molti anni e ne avrei fatto volentieri a meno!

L'emplacement près du centre historique et la présence d'une épicerie à proximité sont appréciables. L'appartement est vraiment très propre.

Le rapport qualité/prix. (difficile d'avoir un bon rapport qualité/prix à Florence) L'équipement de la cuisine est vraiment minimaliste.

I loved this property! The location was great. The outdoor seating was so quiet and relaxing. Bonus very close to grocery store and laundry and short walk to downtown Florence.

Great location great facilities. Would love to go back there again someday

Location was excellent as were the facilities. Bed was one of the best we have experienced. A small supermarket was located next door which was very convenient. There was never any disturbance from the shop. There were plenty of restaurants in the vicinity and we always felt safe. Some people might be put off because it is the other side of the river to the main town. It doesn’t matter. It’s a very short walk to the bridge and even for late 70 year olds it is not a hard walk plus we might have missed the Pritti Palace and Boboli Gardens ( only a 15 minute walk away and well worth a visit) had we been in the main city centre Andrea our hostess was extremely helpful with her instructions We would happily stay again if we return to Florencece.

The courtyard was lovely and well looked after but there was a distinct sewerage smell one evening when we sat out for a while. WiFi was sometimes a bit in and out but not a great problem really.

Nos tocó una habitación sin armario, ni percha. Es verdad que la habitación es pequeña pero con unas percas colgantes o algún espacio para colgar la ropa se agradecería.

La ubicación, que estaba todo muy cerquita, la limpieza, la tranquilidad y comodidad. Andrea, el chico encargado de contactar con nosotros, muy amable y resolutivo.

Que los otros huéspedes hacían algo de ruido al entrar y al salir pero eso es cuestión de educación sinceramente.

Estuvo bien, el colchón un poco antiguo, pero nos permitieron ingresar antes de la hora lo cual nos facilitó enormemente el día. Tenía buen a/c básico para el calor, la refri no funcionaba, pero todo el resto bien! Lo recomiendo.

Lloc magnífic i ben situat

El lloc està ben situat, pots anar caminant a tot arreu, distància assequible als museus i monuments. Alhora és un lloc tranquil, arrecerat i bonic. Tens de tot a prop :supermercat al costat, forn, geladeria, un grapat de restaurants. Vem estar-hi molt còmodes.

Jo posaria una taula i uns quants plats i coberts per poder-hi menjar coses senzilles (no cuinar, però una amanida preparada, o un tros de pizza, o quelcom per esmorzar). La nevera, una mica massa petita,no cap una ampolla gran. I el que és una badada és no tindre cafetera (a Itàlia!) per poder fer un cafè pel matí, i prendre'l tranquil·lament al jardinet.
