Very nice and clean place in Tropicana 218 Macalister building. The service was great, we were even surprised to have a washing machine. Not sure it is mentioned in the description. The view as really amazing. We would surely stay there again if coming to Penang.

Jan is so friendly and she will try her best to fulfill all my requests. Keep up the good work! The room is clean, with great ocean view and location is superb too!
Maybe can add more hooks to hang clothes in the toilet.

Good views
The room was run down with broken/chipped furniture. The room and bed had a strong lingering smell (not a foul smell , could be a fragrance spray?) Cleanliness can be improved.
