Relaxing, luxurious, spacious accommodation that made our short weekend away very comfortable and pleasant.

The property was amazing and truly catered for everything we needed. From arriving to find ample parking space both on and outside the property. To walking in to the very spacious and light property, it was just a cosy relaxing place to stay and a place I will gladly recommend to others. The welcome pack was a very warm gesture too. The house is located in a lovely quiet area of the town, but still situated close enough to everything and just a few minutes walk down the street to the beach for a relaxing stroll the promenade. Even sitting in the dining room was very peaceful looking in to the beautiful garden to the rear.

We were all more than happy to say that there was nothing bad to say about the property and can only sing its praises.

Overall a lovely stay and will return in future

Very well equipped, washing/dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, handwash, washing up essentials, towels and tea towels provided. Peaceful stay very quiet road/area which was nice. A drive so parking is a lot easier. Very clean throughtout just 1 or 2 things missed. Very spacious and a lovely garden.

Kettle needs replacing lot of white bits inside so had to wash out on arrival. Shower drain in the downstairs bathroom blocked quite easily. Mattress could have been comfier due to the springs. Pillows and bedding were nice though 👍.

Beautiful beach house

The house was beautifully decorated and fully equipped for our stay. The beds were really comfortable and large. The bedrooms are bright and airy. There was plenty of comfortable furniture in the living room. We especially enjoyed the garden which was so peaceful. The house is in a lovely location, close to the beach and amenities. We loved it so much we have booked again for next year!

Superbly modernised house with all the facilities you could possibly want. Really lovely. Great location 5 mins walk from North Beach. Availablity of the beach hut a real bonus. And the fact that it's at South Beach is actually great - its in a nicely modernised bit of the prom near the Spa, the lovely beach and a range of facilities. Excellent communication with the owners.

Beautiful spot to explore Bridlington

The house is beautiful, extremely comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay, great location 2 mins walk to the promenade. House was quiet and lovely blinds and curtains made for a great night's sleep. Enclosed attractive garden and you get the use of a beach hut! What's not to like !! Lovely welcome pack left by the owners and they were so helpful making sure we had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. This would be great for a couple stay or a family as it's a really spacious house.

I really couldn't find fault with anything, come and stay here if you visit Bridlington or surrounds.

Fantastic weekend in a beautiful cared for house

Stayed here as 2 couples and we would highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Great location just one street away from North beach. Off road parking. Clean and comfortable with 2 king size rooms and 1 room with 2 single beds. Extremely comfy beds. 1 bathroom upstairs and 1 downstairs . Home away from home and Alison and Steven have thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Great communication with the owners and manager from booking until we left the property. Nothing to fault. Thankyou

Amazing!

Beautiful house fully equipped with everything we needed (plus a lot more). In a fantastic location where you can see the sea from the front windows. Great to have private parking off the street. Hosts were brilliant and checked in to make sure all ok and see if we needed any further information. Fabulous to have the 2 bathrooms. House very tastefully decorated, with the bonus of a lovely garden to sit in.
