Took my elderly mother who has mobility issues, please be aware of steps the the front and back of the property. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was cramped due to the size of the table and chairs, which made mobilising with a walking frame difficult. The bungalow could do with a bit of a face lift and freshen up. The glass in some of the windows are breaking down which are difficult to see through. There is also a damp smell that was odd given the heat wave when we visted. The drive to park your car on is tight foe a standard car so beaware you may need to park across the road if possble. The bungalow is well placed for sewerby and surrounding areas

The bungalow seems a bit pricey given the condition.

Perfect location to explore Bridlington and Sewerby Park

Some mould in rooms, pantry shelves were covered in little dead flies!

Very clean and tidy. Lots of room inside. Lovely views.

Everything was great I didn't dislike anything.

Lovely spacious house with a gorgeous garden in the back that will be wonderful in the summer. the kitchen was packed with equipment and great for family meals. everything was perfect
