Definitely exceeded expectations, with a comfy converted barn to come home to every night.

It was really peaceful. The converted barn was lovely and clean, with comfy beds and everything we needed, plus more. The WiFi was really useful as we had limited signal there, but the WiFi worked well. The kitchen was well equipped and a good shower. For a small extra fee, we could use the swimming pool, and there was a good restaurant on the holiday park. The location, being only 5 minute drive away from Penzance, a selection of supermarkets, and only a short drive away from St Ives, Land's End and the many sights to see made it a great holiday. The coastal areas are stunning around Land's End and Pendeen, and with dogs we would recommend Gwithian Beach and Bamaluz Beach.

Nothing, everything was catered for. We will hopefully be back in the future.

Excellent stay, would recommend and would like to visit again in the future.

Location was a good driving distance from plenty of attractions and 3 supermarkets. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, milk and cleaning products, dishwasher was a big plus! Interior was cosy and included a dog bed. Garden was beautiful and had lots of sun. Host was very easy to contact. TV had options to stream prime, Netflix, YouTube etc. Lots of towels provided and multiple toilet rolls. Full size fridge and freezer. Large amount of mugs, cups and plates in the kitchen.

No mirror in the bedroom with the bunk beds, above the desk would have been handy. We had enough storage for 2 adults but if more people were staying I think we would have struggled. Garden was not closed off, we kept our dog on his long lead so it wasn’t a problem, but we didn’t know before we arrived and it is next to the carpark and farm. Lots of bugs in the outside area that got inside if the doors or windows are open, mosquitoes and flies, not a problem with the accommodation, but it’s something to be aware of if you stay there and prepare for with bug spray etc. The lights outside in the carpark stay on all night so the light shines through the curtains, we used cushions to try and block the light out.

Beautiful setting, clean little cottage

The actual place was lovely. So clean and so full of useful equipment in the kitchen. We were given bedsheets and towels, which made it really easy for me as my parents were visiting from another country and didn't have much stuff on them. It was ever so convenient to have space for a car and the holiday park had some interesting services which however we didn't get to use (swimming pool, minimarket, pub/restaurant). Great location with a car. The photos here on booking give a clear sense of what the place looks like, but it is slightly bigger than what it looks like. The owners replied very swiftly to a couple of concerns I had about the WiFi, and the booking agency dealt with a change of dates pretty quickly, too.

I wish we had known we were inside a holiday park and that we could use their services like the swimming pool. This was not clear from the booking at all, and by the time I got to speak with staff (only by chance!) I figured that the opening times were not working for our plans.

The long barn was clean and very well equipped. The setting was lovely too.

The swimming pool was closed for a whole day . You had to pay extra and go on line to book a slot. For two nights out of our three there was no food available due to lack of staff.

Schlimmer Uringestank, insbesondere das schicke Sofa hat extrem gestunken. Teilweise waren die Kissen noch feucht , vermutlich von Urin. Der Teppichboden ebenfalls. Trotz sofortiger Meldung per Mail, erfolgte keine Reaktion oder Beseitigung seitens des Gastgebers
