Avanti Apartment Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay in family studio. The accommodation is simple, comfortable, and offers excellent value for money. It's located in a safe residential area where mostly locals live, which gave us a chance to experience a quieter and more authentic side of Stockholm while still having easy access to the city centre. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Stockholm.

We stayed in a family studio with a small kitchenette. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we appreciated how professionally the staff handled the only issue we encountered. The frying pan provided in the kitchenette had a heavily scratched non-stick coating and wasn't safe to use. After informing the reception, the staff immediately apologized and replaced it with a brand-new pan the same day, which we really appreciated. This kind of customer service makes a big difference. Thank you for taking our feedback seriously and resolving the issue so quickly.

We had a nice stay overall. The loft was comfortable and well equipped, with comfortable beds, tea and coffee available, and a fairly spacious balcony. The location was also great — in a quiet neighbourhood and only about 10 minutes by taxi from the city centre

The main downside was the water drainage in the bathroom. The sink and especially the shower drain very slowly. While showering, you have to stop the water from time to time to prevent the bathroom floor from filling up with water. This definitely needs to be improved.

It was Clean, good breakfast. The member of staff at breakfast was friendly and polite.

No other member of staff seem at reception to greet you.

Sauna, bathroom, proper bedding and towels. If you are staying 2-3 people the deluxe is fine but not for 4 adults. The beds in the upstairs area are comfortable.

The apartment floor was dirty and full of dust, the room layout was very uncomfortable and inconvenient, the room looks much bigger in photos than in real life, but again if 2-3 adults are staying it’s okay.
