This was unfortunately the least enjoyable accommodation of my trip and one of the weakest experiences I have had through Agoda. The main advantage is the relatively low price by Stockholm standards. Accommodation in central Stockholm is generally expensive, and the lower rates here reflect the property's location. However, after staying here for several nights, I felt the savings came with substantial compromises. The location is by far the biggest drawback. The property is situated in a largely industrial and logistics area rather than a residential neighbourhood. There are very few services nearby, and during my stay I saw mostly warehouses and trucks around the area. The nearest major transport connection is Årstaberg station. Reaching it requires either a walk of more than 20 minutes involving bridges and noticeable elevation changes, or a bus journey followed by additional walking. While there is theoretically a bus stop directly outside the property, I never actually saw a bus serving it during my stay. As a result, every trip into central Stockholm effectively required an additional 30 minutes or more of travel compared with staying in a more convenient location. Depending on your destination, journeys could easily take between 45 minutes and 90 minutes each way. The lack of nearby amenities was also problematic. There were no supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, or cafés within easy walking distance. This meant I always had to buy food and supplies before returning for the evening. If you forgot something, there was no simple way to obtain it nearby. Another issue was the lack of guest facilities. There was no kitchen available for cooking, which is particularly inconvenient given the absence of restaurants in the surrounding area. There was also no laundry service and no laundromat within convenient reach, creating difficulties during a longer trip. Breakfast was included and served buffet-style. The food itself was acceptable, and there were signs indicating that guests could return for additional servings during the breakfast period. However, I was approached by staff and reminded that other guests also needed food after I went back for more. While I understand the importance of ensuring food remains available for everyone, the interaction felt awkward and somewhat inconsistent with the messaging presented in the breakfast area. It certainly did not contribute positively to the holiday experience. The room itself was functional but quite small, with limited space beyond the bed and enough room for luggage. On the positive side, having a private bathroom was appreciated. The television and kettle were also useful amenities. I stayed in both a room with a window and a room without one. The room with a window was generally more comfortable. The windowless room had an overhead glass section that allowed significant daylight into the room. Unlike a normal window, it could not be covered with curtains. Given the very long daylight hours during the Nordic summer, this had a noticeable impact on sleep quality. Overall, while the property may appeal to travellers whose primary concern is finding one of the lowest accommodation prices in Stockholm, the remote location, lack of nearby services, limited facilities, and transportation inconvenience significantly reduced the quality of my stay. If your budget allows, I would strongly consider paying more for accommodation in a better-connected part of the city and for better service.

The location was good for where I had to be. Close to bus stops and short walk to Årstaberg station that takes you into the city. Staff is welcoming and friendly. The room is comfy and the breakfast buffet a big plus, a vegan can make do there. Would stay again.

With the price, i got everything I needed. The breakfast is nice and the location is decent. With bus and train, there is not much problem to go around in Stockholm City.
