    The only thing I would add to this hotel is a kettle and teabags in the room. Everything else was perfect.

    Booked this accommodation as it is 5 minutes walk to Alvik metro station. There is a ICA supermarket & 2 food place (Caffè Nero & Brioche) opposite the hotel. The check in process was okay. The original room heater we got failed so we got exchanged to another room. There is no in-room telephone so any requests needed, need to raise at the reception counter face to face. The breakfast buffet is quite nice, it's SEK***/person if not included in your booking. The hotel room is nice, I did not use other facilities as it is winter. Will look forward to stay at this place again for my next visit.

    Hey, I arrived late and did my check in smoothly, however when I reached the room there was a buzzing sound upon calling the recipient and notifying them, they did not only change my room but upgraded. Thank you for that. Sauna was nice but you need to activate it 20 mins before. Other than great walking distance to the station, easy access to food and shops close by.

    This hotel is excellent. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and highly professional. The property is very clean and, surprisingly, very quiet. Breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of options. The only minor drawback is that it is located slightly outside the city centre, about five or six subway stops away (approximately 10–15 minutes). Overall, it is a wonderful place to stay.
