Nice house - the only downfall was the overall cleanliness

The house is a lovely house and well furnished. The location is good - close to shops and to city centre.

The house was not as clean as I would have expected - bathroom needs cleaned especially the tiles beside bath/shower and floor - cooker and grill pan were not clean and lots of dust and cobwebs in kitchen- sheets and bedding were not clean.

Charmng little house,

Great location. Lovely little house. Steep stairs which were not convenient for me with mobility problems. Loo a bit of a trek also. As a result I slept on couch in living roon.

Not what we expected, but did the job

Lovely view of the black mountain, very quiet area and the house is warm. Good sized TV and generally clean but the house does need some repairs.

Stayed with 2 friends to visit some sites. The house itself is okay, but is a little worn, the photos dont really reflect this, however it was warm on arrival and a little gift left for us too. Steep stairs and very squeaky too, incase you're a light sleeper! Our beds were broken in the twin room. The host did attend promptly to replace the slats but it didn't do much for the comfort as the beds are just student type accommodation comfort, mattresses are fairly lumpy. Location is good, about a 25 min walk to the city centre, beautiful view of the black mountain and a very quiet area which was nice. Our stay was okay, it's a very honest 50/50 review because the house did do its job but for the same money we could have got something a little more comfortable in the centre, however we were initially impressed by the reviews and photos of this house. The host is really accommodating though, but I don't think we'd stay again for the reasons mentioned.

Very good

Fantastic location with restaurants, cafes and Tesco nearby and direct train and bus into the city. Surroundings appear safe and we did not stay out late at night. Good sized apartment with street side free parking (parking spots are fully filled at night ). The double bed is comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Heating is adequate.

2nd bedroom beds were squeaky and too soft. We struggled to turn on bathroom light ( needed a very hard thud on attached string) and dining room light was not working but host arranged for bulb to be changed in less than 15 minutes after we called. Very fast service. Was requested to strip bed linens upon checking out but I couldn't due to health constraints. Likely this may be a norm in Belfast but so far, I have not encountered this requirement in other cities. Staircase is steep and narrow and may be difficult for some elderlies.

Great location, clear effort on part of the host to make us feel welcome. House was well provided with amenities and all aspects of the property were functional and clean.

Some small issues with maintenance that have been reported to the property owners in private messages, but nothing that impacted our stay at all.

Super helpful host, great location, good accommodation and fantastic value.

Zoe was so helpful and accommodating, the location was exactly what we needed: 1 minute from the train & there was a fab place for coffee & breakfast on the corner of the road.

There were some issues with the plumbing, but to be fair, Zoe cancelled a plumber (who I expect would have fixed these things) so we could check in ahead of the usual time.

Enjoyed our visit to Belfast, property suited our needs perfectly.

The property was in a lovely street not far from the city center but with lovely shops and cafes nearby. The property was spotless on arrival where our host had left a card and welcome gift which was a very nice touch.

A lovely stay in Belfast

The.house was in a good location and easy access to the.city centre. The house was clean and comfortable. It had plenty of amenties such as washing machine. Coffee and tea and a coffee machine gave it those extra tooches. We were left a bottle of Bucks Fizz, biscuits and a welcome card. The owner Zoe sent emails about how to access the property and was available to ask questions. I would highly recommend this place and i would certainly stay again. The area on Lisburn road has a number of bars and eateries.

I cannot find anything negative about this place.
