Eine ruhige, , aber einfache Unterkunft in super Lage zum Zentrum, Wander- und Skigebiete
- location close to the city - quite and simple flat - contact and trip advises of the owner
- the quality of bed - no modern heating system, only self-made by wood/coal in chimney

I really felt at home as a local, I can highly recommend it!
The property is a really cozy small apartment with a nice garden and a beautiful wood stove, perfectly located between the Garmisch station and Hausberg, from which the ski resorts can be easily accessed. Moreover, Anton has been really friendly and helpful for any information I needed, allowing me also to check-in earlier and check-out later on my request. Excellent stay!

Wunderschöner gemütlicher Urlaub
Uns und unseren Hund Charly hat es sehr gefallen. Der große eingezäunte Garten mit Labrador Tulip war für Charly das Schönste. So entstehen Hundefreundschaften. Auch der Vermieter Anton mit seinen Tipps für Ausflüge und Wanderungen war sehr angenehm. Die Ferienwohnung mit seinen Kamin und den alten Küchenofen waren urig und für uns genau das richtige. Man hat sich zu Hause gefühlt. Wir werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen.

Im Sommer jederzeit
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist dennoch ruhig. Es gibt auch einen tollen Garten. Für den Sommerurlaub perfekt.
Schade ist, dass bei der Ausstattung Heizung angegeben ist. Die einzige Heizquelle war ein Holzofen in der Küche und Wohn/Schlafzimmer. Im Bad war ein Elektroöfchen. Was für die Jahrezeit (Winter) sehr unangenehm war. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre auch ganz nett. Das Bett war etwas schmal (stand leider nicht in der Beschreibung). Außenbeleuchtung wäre auch angebracht.
