Although we made the most of it, the house was a huge disappointment.

The location was great

The place was NOT CLEAN. There were stains on the lamp shades and furniture was really dingy. There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and several dishes a d silverware were put away still dirty. Hot water issues in the shower. Hot water handle on kitchen sink kept falling off. Floors were filthy. Shower had hair on the wall when we got there. There was zero lighting outback and made the cabana area useless for dinners. The patio furniture was very dirty as well.

The owners and property management mislead us on the condition of this home. It's a Frat house.

The location to Marine Beach was a short walk

Everything. This was house was not as advertised. Dirty, Broken toilets, doors, window. Furniture was all from Thrift stores.

Had a good time in the comfortable home.

Some tiles loose in kitchen. Trip hazard. Coffee pot didn't work the best. Beds were okay but too soft. The main TV had problems connecting to WFI.

Would love to return one day.

Easy process, got keys from the lock box. Vacasa did a great job of keeping me informed on codes to the box and the keyless door entry.

The TV remote was a bit sticky, like it had adhesive on it, but we tried to rinse off. Other than that, the place was in a great location. Some of the bathrooms could use some touch up, but it was still a great house.

Comfortable home in great location that needs a lot of TLC

The location was excellent - near the beach and many restaurants. The living room furniture and the beds were comfortable. There was a small back yard with seating and a table. There was check-in process was easy.

It’s very run down, not at all like the pictures. The back yard furniture was filthy and the cabana was covered with mildew. Definitely left the impression that the rest of the house may not have been cleaned well. The dishwasher was broken but someone came out to fix it within 48 hours. There were some other small issues that we relayed to the management company
