Apartments Simic

Apartament z cudownym widokiem na całe Stare Miasto i Adriatyk. Przestronny, wygodny, czysty, bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszystko, co może być człowiekowi potrzebne. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny i uważny na potrzeby swoich gości. Przylecieliśmy późnym wieczorem, właściciel zorganizował transport, czekał na nas, zaprowadził nas do apartamentu, udzielił wszystkich potrzebnych informacji a w lodówce czekał na nas talerz wędlin, owoce, napoje i świeże pieczywo, kawa, herbata, więc o śniadanie nie musieliśmy nie martwić. Po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy bez problemu zostawić bagaż na przechowanie, a podczas pobytu kilkukrotnie gospodarz upewniał się czy wszystko u nas w porządku i czy czegoś nie potrzebujemy. Pobyt w apartamencie Simic był dla nas komfortowy. Wszędzie było blisko a widok z tarasu wspaniały.

Huoneisto on todella siisti ja hyvin kalustettu ja varusteltu. Näkymät suurelta parvekkeelta ovat uskomattoman hienot. Isäntäperhe oli erittäin ystävällinen ja huolehtiva. Erityiskiitos heille!

Talo sijaitsee korkealla rinteessä, joten pohkeet voivat joutua tottumattomalla koville. Tämä kannattaa huomioida.

Great location overlooking the old city walls with great views to the Island of Lokrum. Everywhere is a climb in Dubrovnik so be prepared for daily long climbs between the town / harbour and the apartment. Good for your fitness. Mladan (the host) and his wife were very attentive and helpful. The position of the apartment over the town meant you always get a good breeze through the flat which was appreciated.

Trivial issues but access to some simple sweeping facilities (dust pan and brush) would have ben useful. There was not one on the apartment. But that is nit-picking and not really a big issue.

Host was wonderful. Me and my wife had a couple of mixups with travel, including missing our initially booked flight. This required a lot of back and forth with Mladen who was always quick to respond to messages, very polite and accommodating, able to meet us even after we had to change day and time. Once we arrived he advised where to meet him and where local facilities were (supermarkets etc) and best paths to take to avoid the worst stairs. View over the old town from balcony is absolutely stunning. What a way to wakeup and enjoy a morning coffee! Apartment was very clean and tidy and comfortable, well furnished and shower was nice and powerful with good temperatures. Coffee facilities, juice, welcome drink and snacks were also provided.

A lot of stairs from old town (it is Dubrovnik), but stunning view from balcony was worth it. Air conditioning wasn't quite powerful enough to bring enough cool in the night, maybe a fan would be a good idea.
