Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestaltet. Es fehlt an nichts. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Wenn mann mit einem kleinen Auto kommt kann eine Garage genutzt werden. Das Bad und die Wohnung machen einen frisch renovierten Eindruck.

Das Bezahlsystem ist für mich undurchsichtig gewesen. Man bekommt eine Aufforderung zum Bezahlen durch Taravanto. Es gibt ca.10 Mails. Bitte genau durchlesen. Es wird keine ordentliche Rechnung gestellt. Bei Ankunft habe ich erstenmal Spinnenweben Entfernt. Das Geschirr, Backofen, Pfannen, Arbeitsfläche der Küche waren etwas schmutzig, der Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon nicht gelehrt. Wahrscheinlich war das alles der Vormieter, sollte aber beachtet werden.
