LOCATION DESCRIPTION:
Your apartment is located in a holiday home on the outskirts of Sankt Andreasberg, in the middle of the national park (680m above sea level). The house is quiet, is mainly used by the owners and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac directly at the forest. It is a 5-minute walk to the high ropes course, the toboggan slope or the cross-country ski run. Walk to the center of town in about 12-15 minutes.
EQUIPMENT:
The 40sqm, sunny apartment with terrace and lawn has been completely renovated and renovated and is very comfortable and cozy. There is a double bed in the bedroom and an extendable couch in the cozy living room for sleeping 2 more people. A kitchen and dining area (max. 4 people) are integrated in the living room with flat screen TV and stereo system. The modern bathroom has a large shower, toilet and vanity and a towel radiator.
OUTDOORS:
The terrace with a view of the large garden (lawn can be used) faces south. Comfortable garden furniture and loungers are available. The parking lot is in front of the house. Hiking trails and circular hiking trails start at the front door. A barbecue area will soon be set up for the facility.

We offer a bread delivery service.

Wir haben in dieser FeWo unseren ersten Familienurlaub im Harz verbracht. Die FeWo entspricht zum größten Teil den Angaben durch den Vermieter, ist aber ausbaufähig.
Nach einer netten Begrüßung durch die Besitzerin wurde nach einem kurzen Gespräch eine Diskussion mit uns geführt, warum wir nicht geimpft seien. Auch wurde seitens der Vermieterin die Aussage getroffen, dass wir uns doch bitte von ihr fernzuhalten haben wegen ihres Mannes. Diese Aussage als auch diese Diskussion waren völlig fehl am Platz!
Auf Nachfrage wurde uns bestätigt, dass für unsere 1-Jährige Tochter sowohl Hochstuhl als auch Kinderbett vorhanden sei. Dies war auch der Fall, doch leider gab es für das Kinderbett keine Matratze. Auch die im Wohnzimmer stehende Ausziehcouch war noch mit einem benutzten Bettlaken (voller Haare) bezogen. Leider gab es auch im Außenbereich 2 Punkte von denen wir weniger begeistert waren. Zum Einen stand auf der Terrasse das Unkraut. Zum Anderen ist der Parkplatz eine Katastrophe. Es ist ja sehr schön, dass man zu seiner FeWo einen Parkplatz hat, aber nicht, wenn man sich das Auto ramponiert. Wir haben mehrfach mit dem Pkw aufgesessen, da der Parkplatz so uneben ist. Auch nach Beobachten anderer Gäste, welche auf dem Parkplatz fuhren, stellten wir fest, dass diese mit dem Pkw aufsaßen. Alles normale, gängige Modelle.
Man kann trotz der Kritikpunkte einen schönen Urlaub in dieser FeWo verbringen.
