We loved everything about the property, very accurate pictures, it exceeded our expectations. Very nice surroundings, peaceful country side. Very specious. We highly recommended - you need personal car. The large parking lots are a bonus.
Check out at 11 AM is stretch for us but we tried our best to accommodate it.

Very nice, spacious and well equipped apartment in quiet neighborhood. Air conditioning was arranged to be on before we arrived, which was very pleasent in the extreme heat wave.

Amazing communication with the owner. Really helpful if anything was required and recommended some great places to visit. The property was very well equipped and clean with spare cleaning products if required. The beds were comfortable with good quality linen. The accommodation was surprisingly spacious, easy parking, easy to find and felt very secure. It is in a beautiful village with a local shop, restaurant and bakery and a local growers market. The surrounding area is the perfect for visiting Rouen, Giverny,Vernon and Chateaus.
No faults with the property, location or owner. Instructions on how to use the washing machine would have been good but I know that if I’d contacted the owner he would’ve helped me!
