The interior was attractive, the location was superb, very quiet and only minutes from Monet and town, and almost best of all we had our own dedicated parking spot for the apartment. And Everything was on the same level so no need to heft any luggage, of which we had plenty. Looking forward one day to a return
This is slightly laughable but as an American, I’m unused to how the doors work. Either unlocking or locking took me at least 4 tries each time, and I never got better at it. Maybe if there was a visual guide I’d have gotten better. It’s very trivial, I know, but it’s the only thing that stood out as an improvement area, at least for people not familiar with the locks.

Recently converted timber farm building, slightly quirky room arrangement, lovely little private terrace to enjoy any sunshine. Very convenient location for Giverny. Great patisserie/ boulangerie at nearby village of Bois-Jerome-Saint- Ouen run by very friendly couple, added bonus of breakfast deal of coffee and fantastic croissant. Also great small restaurant run by brother and sister,next to cafe serving quality fresh food with a twist of Reunion cuisine.
The sleeping arrangements were a bit confusing from the ad, although did warn of one bedroom accessed via a ladder. Would be possible but rather squashed to fit 7 guests in the place, although would work fine if some were children. However the beds were very comfortable and the shower room good. Kitchen needs more cutlery if having more than 4 people. We couldn’t work out how to use the induction hob, despite looking at instruction booklet. Oven was fine.

Maison décorée avec goût et très proche de Giverny.
Le filtre à café resté dans la cafetière depuis quelques temps, le couteau sale avec les autres couverts et l'ouverture du portail difficile. L'odeur des draps du lit double a gêné mes deux soeurs ainsi que l'évier de la salle de bain dont l'eau s'évacuait mal.
