Characterful gîte

Well appointed gîte with washing machine, dishwasher and cooking appliances. Characterful home with a lovely outside area for dining. Easy access with the key safe and free parking.

The ladder to the upstairs bedroom could be made more secure.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was perfect for our group. The place had ac and that was a pleasant surprise. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. The place is just 9 mins from Monet’s garden which gave us time to enjoy our stay a little longer.

It was a nice house and we enjoyed our stay.

Stone floors, separate toilet n bathroom, kitchen appliances, air conditioning n heater, windows, TV with YouTube movies, Nespresso machine, a few spices, soaps, hosts lent us a drying rack

No parking inside, some of the pots n pans were worn out, kitchen utensils and cutleries are old, not enough lighting in the dining area, mattress in the master’s bedroom was not firm or felt worn out, toilet flush broke, no dryer - using the drying rack in a not so sunny weather was challenging

La Chapelle, is a quintessential countryside property. It has several outbuildings that have been beautifully restored and fitted with all the modern conveniences you will need.

Un petit mode d emploi concis du système de chauffage serait le bienvenu. Nous n avons pas du savoir le régler pourtant nous avons un système identique de pac. Ou trop froid ou trop chaud selon les pièces . L insonorisation avec le logement mitoyen…

Maison très bien placée et joliment décorée. Dommage pour les problèmes d'hygiène rencontrés.

Maison décorée avec goût et très proche de Giverny.

Le filtre à café resté dans la cafetière depuis quelques temps, le couteau sale avec les autres couverts et l'ouverture du portail difficile. L'odeur des draps du lit double a gêné mes deux soeurs ainsi que l'évier de la salle de bain dont l'eau s'évacuait mal.

Très belle découverte

Très beau logement en très bon état avec des très beaux matériaux et une décoration soignée. La douche est tout simplement superbe. Super rapport qualité prix.

Un lave vaisselle pourrait être le bienvenu. Le couchage en mezzanine nous a paru particulièrement dangereux pour des enfants : échelle non fixée, vide sur le rez de chaussée sans aucune protection au pied du lit. Nous avons préféré faire dormir tous les enfants en bas.
