My family and I stayed at this charming manor house and were amazed by the history and charm this location added to our stay. Plenty of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has all the amenities needed to prepare a fine French dinner. I would definitely book this special place again.

The building is ancient but the apartment is fairly up to date. We found it to be comfortable and appealing.

An interesting old building with stone walls and exposed beams set on the beautiful River Eure within a secluded court yard. A short walk from friendly local shops and station for trains to Chartres and Versailles. We arrived by train and without request Christine met us at the station and drove us to the house. She then drove us to the nearest supermarket and waited while we bought food for the week. A fantastic, helpful and kind host.

The property is joined/formed an old manor so you can feel the history of the place. Inside is quirky filled with lots of nik naks and Christmas decorations. The interior is very dark and could benefit from some brighter lights, there are lots of lamps but with very low light bulbs. The beds were comfortable and the owner was so friendly and helpful, you got the feeling she would do anything for you. The owner picked us up from the station, even when we were severely delayed, not arriving till 23:15 and offered to drive us to the station when we left. There was very little in the town, to eat out you would need to have a car, use a taxi or train. The bakery was good and opened early.

A spacious place in an old building, lots of beds for a big company. The one downside is only one bath.

Visiting France is so much better and authentic when you get to stay in a small French town in a 15th century building. We are so glad we stayed here instead of hotel. Looking forward to coming back next year. The lady Christina as so nice and helpful.
