Not much. It looked like a little updating was required. But it was clean and comfortable

Fabulous Location! The view was stunning. A roomy and very comfortable cottage that exceeded all expections. Our family had wonderful reunion after many years apart due to COVID. We spent almost all of our time in the conservatory just taking in the marvolus views. Thank you Am Meer for allowing us to make wonderful memories and enjoy the beautiful views of St. Ives.

Fantastic location up above the town and the harbour. Great views across the bay.
The shower rail did not support the shower head properly, but the shower was still usable
