The location was wonderful. Because it was summer, there weren’t many other people staying at the property; it was quiet, we had the pool to ourselves. There was everything we needed in the apartment. We were very comfortable. You were very good at answering my many questions and I appreciate that you were able to add an additional day for us!
There were some dirty towels left behind from a previous renter. The listing was incorrect saying there was AC, there was not. I think there could be a binder with information: where the pool and other amenities are located, check out instructions, restaurants and when they’re open. These are small potatoes, but would improve the experience.
