Upon arrival you drive up a flat well plowed driveway and find the home is warm and bright and ready for you. Enter into an enclosed patio where you can drop your skis and gear and where you will find all the wood for the wood burning stove. The first floor offers a full bath and a cozy family room with a TV and a Roku hook up for streaming Netflix, Amazon and You tube TV. Landline telephone and WiFi calling is available. No cable. Excellent wireless internet. Our wood burning stove, slate tiled walls and artsy decor make for a comfortable room to relax in after a day on the slopes. Main level is fully carpeted with vaulted ceilings, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. You will find a dining area, living room and two full bedrooms with a freshly painted and tiled full bath. Look up to the cozy Loft with two Queen size beds - a favorite with all children. Our home offers NEW furnishings throughout and NEW tile in the kitchen and main bath. Equipped with high speed wireless internet throughout the house. Living room looks out onto the deck with our new gas grill. Propane provided. Living room has leather sofa and loveseat, flat screen TV with Roku hook up for streaming Netflix, Amazon, and You Tube TV. All rooms have Queen size beds with plenty of storage drawers and closet space.
PROXIMITY - We are located on Station Road off Route 103 so we are private yet convenient to the main road that takes you right to the mountain. Five minutes to Okemo and less than 30 minutes to Killington. SNOW REMOVAL - our property manager plows after each snow fall and is close by if you need anything or have any questions. CONVENIENCE- the Town of Ludlow is less than 10 minutes from the house where you will find Shaw's Supermarket, Rite Aid, gas stations and many restaurants and shopping. NO NEED TO BRING ANYTHING BUT FOOD - Our kitchen is fully stocked, newly painted and tiled, new lighting and ceiling fan and is equipped with full size fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee machine, french press, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, bake wear and all staples you would find at home. Kitchen and bath towels provided. Linens, blankets and pillows provided for a fee paid at the time of booking. FEES -Laundry and linen fees -$150.00. Housekeeping fee - $300. PETS - Pet fee. Pets are always welcome with a flat fee of $250.00 and an additional refundable security deposit of $250. SORRY - NO CATS DUE TO ALLERGIES OF OWNER AND FAMILY MEMBERS.SECURITY DEPOSIT - Standard refundable security deposit of $500.00 required for all bookings. SNOWMOBILING - For snowmobilers we are 1,000 yards to the Okemo State Forest VAST trail. Our newly paved driveway makes it easy to Ride in ride out with ample room for trailer parking and your sleds. ARRIVAL - Our property manager will open and warm up the home for your arrival and plow after each snowfall.
