Vacasa was called about tv / remote issues , several times … said someone would be sent 5 x . No one came . Need instructions left by tv / re: remotes

The house was beautiful well stocked. Nice pool too.
It was too warm in the house top floor was 90 degrees no air conditioning. Only a mini split air conditioner on first floor. Need air conditioning up stairs. Could not get TV's working. After 9 phone calls finally got property manager Jim to bring fans got tv downstairs working. Couldn't get upstairs tvs working. Property manager Jim was great. Took the 3rd day to really get some help. We were there for 6 days.
