Our home is located in the town of Mount Holly which is only 6.9 miles from Ludlow and Okemo Mountain Resort. Conveniently right off route 103, you can be at the Jackson Gore entrance to Okemo and on the slopes in 10 mins! (Also, Killington Resort is 12 mi away and Stratton Mountain is 23 mi away.) There are trails nearby for hiking in the warm months and snowshoeing or snowmobiling during winter. - Guest Bedroom (queen bed) with barn door closet and bathroom across the hall
- Kids Bunk Room (three twin beds) with a closet. Bathroom with tub is right next door.
Lower Level: Family/TV Room plus 4th bedroom and full bath. Walk out access to hot tub. Towel warmer & mini fridge located right inside the door for quick access to drinks and warm towels!
Overall property: Located on 6 acres of beautiful wooded land with lots of privacy. Garage and long driveway with ample parking for guests. Solo stove in the garden area for a cozy night by the fire pit!
The house is 0.2 miles off of Route 103 which takes you to Ludlow or Rutland within minutes. The Okemo Mountain Resort is within 10 minutes of the property. The property has a long driveway with ample parking.
This family friendly house is the ideal getaway for adventures in the mountains or a relaxing escape in the woods. Our 4 bedroom home sits on 6 acres of beautiful wooded land so you get both privacy and proximity.
Arriving early in the day or need a late departure? Inquire about our half day add-on option. We'd love to accommodate you if our calendar allows it.
Because of the hot tub and fire pit on property, we request that you sign a liability waiver before check-in.
Host requires guests to be 25 years of age or above and reserves the right to request a copy of all guests photo ID’s. In certain situations, a security deposit may be requested.
Note about pets - We have allergies in our family and keep our home pet free. By law, we have to accommodate service animals however, guests must inform host about any service animals accompanying them during their stay and must send their ADA registered service animal certificate prior to check-in. An additional $200 cleaning fee will also be assessed in order for the house to be deep cleaned post stay.

This home and host are everything you expect to have a memorable stay in the Ludlow area. Only 9 minutes from Okemo and local stores. We used this home to accommodate 4 adults and 4 children. The layout was perfect, with the downstairs media room, large kitchen/great room, 8 person high-top dining table, oversized kitchen counter, and sizable bedrooms and bathrooms. The home was clean, meticulously designed, well equipped and labeled. It felt like vacation! The bonus was the two car garage. This was ideal for loading and unloading cars and a perfect place to unload after a day of skiing. It even had a large boot warming rack for use.The other bonus is how enjoyable and clean the hot tub was. It is right outside the downstairs back door. The host was in communication ensuring we were pleased upon arrival and also let us know after a fresh snowfall when to expect the plow. You won’t be disappointed and we would rent again.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this very well appointed farmhouse - everything was so well labeled and organized, truly no detail was overlooked! We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, outdoor scenery and living spaces. Would highly recommend as a family getaway! The host, Heidi, was extremely helpful and communicative.

Great spring weekend away with the family. Our host Heidi was very communicative and organized. She provided so many thoughtful touches and the home is really well-equipped, which is wonderful as the store is a bit of a drive away. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home, all updated with loads of charm. Everything neat and organized. Quality bedding, towels, dish ware, etc. Outdoor jacuzzi was great. Excellent communication. Top notch stay!
