The location was wonderful and it was comfortable and cozy.
Problems with Check In. We weren’t given the codes to the lockbox to get the key. Then, after a long phone call (firstly waiting in phone queue) and eventually getting the code for the lockbox, the key did not work when we arrived at the property.
We had to message again to get the door code as the door code we had been given was incorrect.
When we did eventually get into the property, the water had not been turned on. There was no running water.
The whole Check In process was a problem after very long drive.
