Really warm welcome, and rooms are clean and equipped with kettle, water filter etc. bathrooms are amazing - gorgeous showers with good water pressure and fantastic temperature!

Parking is very limited if you’re not able to walk far

We loved the friendly staff in bar and dealing with the rooms, comfortable and clean rooms. Well equipped with iron and hairdryer. Great refreshments like water, tea:coffee and biscuits plus toiletries too. Location amazing, near the beach, bars, restaurants and cafes plus a huge Tesco nearby. We enjoyed the walk along into the centre but also plenty bus options if needed. The food in the bar was exceptional, Sunday roast was amazing. Loved the garden too. We come to Brighton annually and will definitely be back to the Stirling Arms. Thank you for a super stay.

The Managers here are liars- there is no parking available near this property… it is within residential houses on all sides with permit parking only. The nearest parking station is a good ten minute walk away- I would not have stayed there had I have known this.. when I asked to speak to the manager the nice lady behind the bar said it was his day off and wasn’t answering his phone.. I received a £50 parking fine, then had to pay for the parking station.. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment because of the desceitful way they go about reservations….
