WET!!. It never stopped raining. Lovely spot though, if a little out of the way. Lovely and quiet.

The property was warm and dry and the heating was more than adequate.

A lovely spacious 3 bed cabin in the heart of Snowdonia. A very peaceful location, comfy beds and sofas and everything you need. Great communication from the owners.

Once we were in, the cabin was fine, good location for what we wanted, and very quiet and peaceful.

We had trouble receiving the lockbox code. Once we got it everything was fine.

The only niggle was the mattress on the top bunk was very worn and the springs gave our daughter back ache. We swapped it for the lower bunk mattress which was much better.

Stay way from this place and host

Not recommending the place and host. We booked the cabin, paid £250 additional damage deposit, paid full booking price. When we arrived after 3 hours of driving with 4 years old child we came in to the dirty cabin which hasn’t been cleaned after previous guests. I had a problem contacting host. When after the while host rang me back I’ve been told that the cleaning service will be in half hour time as they are not local. I told the host I do not wish to stay in this place and I’m expecting full refund as the state of the property was cording the bridge of our contract and the standard of the property is not as expected and described. The place was dirty and stinky. We left the place and since then we can not receive our money back as the host only want to return costs of the cleaning, which is completely not acceptable for us as we didn’t stay in there even one night. The host says that they won’t return money as we didn’t give them a chance to sort out the problem however by the law I had rights to not accept the host offer as the place after my arrival wasn’t in the state that should be and it’s crossing the bridge of our contract. I must now take the case forward to receive my money back. Not recommending this place and host.

Lovely cosy cabin in a stunning setting

I really liked how easy it was to check in & how easy it was to find. Check in information was great. Loved how easy it was to heat the place up. I liked the lamps. The TV was great. The sheets were really soft and everything was really clean. I really liked the deck and that we could see some mountains from there. I really liked the safety gate at the top of the stairs to the deck, our toddler could have a run around and loved it. The parking was great for our large car. The play park in the holiday village was really good. It was really cosy in the rain, but also a great spot to enjoy the sun.

The ONLY slight drawback was the hot water. It was comfortable enough to wash my hair in, but had to boil the kettle to do the heavy bits of washing up. We're planning on returning for sure.

Lovely cabin in a lovely location! Family trip to visit the local zip line sites so was a welcome break at the end of a tiring day. Local cafe was lovely too! Shop on site very handy.

Great Views and Customer Service

Fantastic scenic views of mountain ranges from the door step. Cabin in great condition and looked just like the pictures posted. Customer support team were responsive and supportive.

Had an issue before we arrived where we were informed that booking.com had displayed the incorrect amount of guests allowed at the cabin. We had booked for 8 but was told by the receptionist to rebook for a party of 6 instead. This was obviously stressful, but the guest communications team were quick to help and we came to a compromise. Overrall very helpful!

The setting was peaceful, set in beautiful surroundings. Lodge was clean and homely. I personally love the contactless check in.

Lovely cabin, lovely area but didn’t feel very clean.

The location of the property is lovely and private, it’s very quiet around this lodge and the porch is very big and spacious. The decor is lovely and cozy and they had plenty of dvd movies for the tv! Also enjoyed the full kitchen :)

Although the property was amazing overall i think that we paid a high cleaning fee, for the bare minimum amount of cleaning, my sister had allergic reaction to all the dust on the walls and there was crumbs down the sides of the couch and also a tooth flosser down the side of the couch. Didn’t feel very clean so we had to do some of our own cleaning even though we paid for somebody else to do it.

Lovely location, very quite, very homily. Really enjoyed our stay well equipped.

There is a £90 cleaning fee which to me is abit much when we had to strip the beds before leaving and do other things that they tell ypu to do. the carpet could do with changing it had a few marks on, and a few cob webs that the cleaners don't get rid off. I gave the cleanliness 4 stars its not bad but for £90 i expect better.

It was lovely and cosy cottage but I just think it really needs once deep cleaning as you can see the dust around and if the hot water capacity could be increased though there was this booster button but it took a while for the water to become hot . It’s not the negative review but just if that could be improve. I would love to come back and stay here again . And the best thing was seeing those ponies around. They made my day😊.

Amazing!

The property was exactly how it was described, the veranda was perfect and the views of the mountains were amazing.

The property although was clean, it was quite dusty in some areas especially shelves and appliances. Due to having dust allergy, it did mean i needed to take medication for that.

Disappointing

Great wifi. Property was clean inside with clean linen provided.

Online check in process was arduous, including having to download the property's app. Their payment process didn't work, so took ages to sort out payment. The property was smaller then expected, I think they considered the area of the terrace in the square footage of the property. The terrace was lovely but had several spots of bird droppings, including on the table which meant we couldn't use it. When raising this with the owners we were told that the high (£90) cleaning fee was only for the inside of the property and they could not guarentee the terrace. It was not cleaned during our stay. The storage heater didn't work properly so the property was freezing in the morning. There was no hot water when we arrived. The crockery was wet in the cupboards so had to rinsed before using. The shower and cooker needed updating. There were no directions to the property within the holiday village so we had to drive around to find the right cabin number. The cabins were all closer than it looked in the pictures so it was noisier than expected. Not value for money.
