bad impression from the first minute of stay
liked the location: 5 minutes to the park, seaport, shops. fast internet. blackout curtains on the windows (but you still won’t be able to sleep)
Problems started before moving in. we couldn't get any instructions on how to move in. we were not told how we can get the key, how to get into the apartments. on the site you will not communicate with the owner of the apartment, but with a property rental manager named Laura. does not know English (the site indicates that she knows), very rude, does not understand you, cannot solve questions, behaves like a robot, answers with stereotyped phrases, considers herself smarter than you, and if she does not like something, then just offended and ignores your messages. I don't understand why they hire such a manager. it was because of her that our mood at the time of our stay was spoiled. no matter how good the apartments are, the first impression means a lot. the manager is not interested in a comfortable stay, solving any of your questions, she is only trying to take your money. a shame! Spread attempts to get through to Laura. Laura is the worst person I have dealt with at Booking!
to the minuses I will also include the amount of the deposit of 400 euros, which is slightly higher than the cost of living. the windows of the apartments overlook a noisy street. the noise stops closer to 11 am and starts at 5 am. closed windows and curtains did not help us sleep. very small kitchen. no microwave, electric oven instead. but it is impossible to cook or heat something in it. a small stove that is located in the corner of the kitchen. it is inconvenient to cook something on it. hot water is provided by a large electric boiler, but the hot water suddenly runs out. sometimes it was enough for 15 minutes, sometimes for 10 minutes, then cold water flows. hot water preparation takes 3-4 hours. the apartments have poor ventilation, the room is constantly humid, especially after taking a shower. washed clothes do not dry. There are no utensils in the kitchen. there are pans but no lids for them. because of this, problems arise during preparation.

Petit appartement au top, bien situé, facile d'accès, bien équipé, propre, avec les petits plus demandés (lit et chaise haute bébé).

Beau logement rénové à 5 minutes du port.
Logement propre et moderne. Belle décoration. Emplacement pratique à 5 minutes du port.
Gestion par une conciergerie que je n'ai jamais eu de vive voix. Toujours par SMS. Il faut valider son arrivée et son départ via l'application.
Nous étions 3, donc utilisation des 2 lits.... J'ai dû payer un supplément pour avoir draps et serviettes pour la 3eme personne. Problème pour l'ouverture du boîtier extérieur à l'arrivée et au départ. Il serait temps de le changer ! Cuisine bien équipée mais très petite. Pas de plan de travail. Un meuble supplémentaire entre l'évier et la salle de bain serait possible.

Les petites attentions (thé-café-toblerone) et la déco.
Nous avions payé pour 3 adultes et un bébé. un message nous avait été envoyé pour savoir si il fallait un ou deux lits doubles auquel nous avions répondu 2 lits doubles. Un seul lit avait été fait et nous n’avions pas de draps pour le 2eme lit. Nous avions également seulement 2 serviettes de douche. Mon père a du dormir sur un canapé sans drap et n’a pas pu se doucher… je suis très mécontente de cette location. Ça ne m’étais encore jamais arrivé en réservant via Booking.

Un joli appartement en cœur de ville
Très joli appartement bien décoré et bien équipé. Le lit est confortable. Il est situé près du port et des commerces (boulangerie juste à côté).Nous avons apprécié les petits cadeaux de bienvenue (thé, biscuits, eau). L'arrivée et le départ autonomes sont très pratiques.
Nous n'avons pas réussi à allumer la TV (les piles sont peut-être défectueuses). Le stationnement qui peut être compliqué à trouver surtout le week-end. La rue est très passante avec beaucoup de circulation. Cela ne nous a pas vraiment gênés car nous avions les vitres fermées (hiver). Situation trop urbaine pour nous

Difficultés pour cuisiner :les plaques de cuisson sont mal placées .
les placards de rangement sont trop haut .Même avec le petit tabouret je ne pouvais pas attraper les bols ( je mesure 1,60m) .Heureusement que mon mari est plus grand .
