Very nice apartment in good location, close to city center. Easy to communicate and responsive staff, clean and quiet area, yet close to shop etc. Perfect for a short stay to relax and recharge for further travels. Set in the garden with leafy surroundings Highly recommended.

Christmas Market in Rostock
The kitchen was very large and ideal for dinner at home. The sauna was also large and easy to use.
We had rented towels and bed clothes for four persons, however, we only found towels and bed clothes for two persons. After a while we were told to find extra towels in the basement. We managed and everything was ok from that time on.

Gut aber sehr hellhörig
Große Räume und sinnvolle Einrichtung. War gut zu finden .
Da es ein Altbau ist ,ist es dementsprechend sehr hellhörig . Der Dielenboden knarzt überall leider . Terassentür ist der Küche war defekt und konnte nicht geöffnet werden

An sich war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, an der Sauberkeit könnte man noch arbeiten. Die Terrassentür zur Straße hin
Es war alles da was man braucht. Schöne große Wohnung mit einen wirklich schönen Balkon
Leider mussten wir erstmal ein wenig sauber machen. Einige Sachen waren kaputt

gute Lage, minimale Ausstattung
sehr gute Lage/ Anbindung an den ÖPNV
minimale Ausstattung der Wohnung (Geschirr/ Kochzubehör), war bei Ankunft nicht sauber (wurde von der Agentur sofort behoben), es wird wohl kein Geld mehr in die Wohnung investiert, nur noch Schönheitsmängel werden beseitigt- die Balkontür in der Küche ist nach wie vor defekt, die Spülmaschine rostet (Korb) und funktioniert nicht richtig, Türgriffe fallen ab, usw....
