Schöner entspannter Kurzurlaub
Super freundliche Vermieter , lieben Dank nochmal an Beate und Udo, wir kommen bestimmt nochmal vorbei.
Liegt doch an jeden selbst was man aus dem Urlaub macht, hat nix mit der Vermietung zu tun.

Strand erreicht man nach etwa 10 min Autofahrt in Rerik oder Kühlungsborn.
Wir sind im Zeitraum vom 01.09 bis 07.09 als Gäste in die Ferienwohnung Chlosta gewesen.
Wenn man keine Ansprüche stellt und nur für 1 Nacht dort übernachten möchte, ist es in Ordnung. Ruhige Lage, Haus ist über eine Kopfsteinpflaster Straße zu erreichen welche durch einen kleinen Wald führt, kostenlose Parkplätze gab es vor dem Grundstück.
Angesichts des Preis ( 87 Euro pro Nacht) und des längeren Aufenthaltes gibt es jede Menge wesentliche Bemerkungen. Die Wohnung ist im großen und ganzen sauber. Die Möbel im Bad und dass Sofa im Wohnzimmer sind aber in die Jahre gekommen. Flecken auf der Küchenwand neben dem Herd ließen sich nicht entfernen sowie die Halterung für die Handtücher im Bad, die gar nichts mehr gehalten hat.
Schimmel an den Türen der Duschkabine war sichtbar. Matratze im Schlafzimmer ist durchgelegen, teilweise defekt und unbequem. Wir wussten, dass keine Handtücher vorhanden sind aber das es auch für die Dusche kein vorleger gibt damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Es wäre gut gewesen, gäbe es einen kleinen Teppich oder Duschvorleger für den Fußboden, um nicht mit nassen Füßen auf die kalten Fliesen zu treten.
Der Grundstück war sehr ungepflegt und entspricht nicht den Bildern wie bei Booking dargestellt.
Wohnung riecht sehr stark nach Feuchtigkeit. Vermieter sagte das wären die Lehmwände🫣. Fenster mussten wir ständig geöffnet lassen um es einigermaßen angenehm zu haben. Ein Zimmer haben wir nicht genutzt und deshalb die Tür zugelassen. Am Abreisetag holten wir die leeren Koffer aus dem Zimmer und man bemerkte sofort den extremen Geruch gegenüber der gelüfteten Zimmer.🤧
Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist nicht angemessen.
Einheimische Autokennzeichen legten eine sehr aggressive Fahrweise an den Tag und ließen fremde Kennzeichen spüren das man nicht wirklich erwünscht ist. Leider hatten wir diese Erfahrung jeden Tag.
Wir werden leider als Gäste nicht wiederkommen. Aber bitte gern selbst ein Bild über dass machen was wir geschrieben haben.

Idyllisch und familiär
Es war sehr schön idyllisch und ruhig dort. Trotzdem war es nicht weit bis zur Ostsee bzw. in größere Städte. Es gibt viele verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bei gutem und bei schlechtem Wetter. Das Ehepaar war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatte sehr gute Tipps für uns. Die Kinder haben sich besonders über die Ponys und den Esel gefreut. Desweiteren gab es eine Schaukel und einen Sandkasten sowie ein Trampolin auf dem eingezäunten Gelände.
Das Ehebett war für uns etwas unbequem. Wir haben dann mit den Kindern getauscht. Das Etagenbett war sehr gemütlich. :)

Ausstattung war top, Größe unseres Apartments war perfekt für Reisen mit Baby. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Sehr liebe Gastgeber, man hat’s sich wie zu Hause gefühlt

Es war super toller Aufenthalt. Unsere Maus fand es super jeden Tag die Tiere füttern zu dürfen.
