Lovely holiday accommodation on the Baltic coast

We stayed in one of the studios with a little kitchenette, so we catered for ourselves. The house is about 300 metres from the beach and 50 m from the forest which connects the two parts of Kühlungsborn. It is easy to find, there is free parking, and it is within walking distance of lots of bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, and pubs. It really leaves nothing to be desired.

This is something which did not bother me at all, but if you need absolute darkness for sleeping you might want to bring your sleeping mask or ask for a room that faces the back yard. In our room which faced the street there is a very bright street light - too bright for the dense curtains to complete block.

Sauberkeit des Zimmers.

Küchenzeile unnutzbar, wer brutzelt sich was? Kein Herd zum Brötchen aufbacken vorhanden, keine Mikrowelle vorhanden. Also nur wer einen Eintopf warm machen möchte, oder sich etwas braten möchte kann sich dort verpflegen. Für eine Selbstversorgung ist die Küche also eigentlich nicht geeignet.

Für einen Kurzurlaub war es sehr schön.

Alles war super fußläufig zu erreichen, wie der Weg zum Strand, zum Supermarkt und zu den Restaurants. Wir hatten auch einen kleinen Stadtplan im Appartement, war doch sehr hilfreich.

Gefehlt hat uns im Appartement ein Flaschenöffner sowie ein Korkenzieher. Auch ein kleiner Backofen um die Brötchen aufzubacken wäre toll gewesen, der Toaster reicht dazu nicht. Natürlich wäre auch ein neuer Teppich angebracht, da dieser doch schon einige Flecken hat.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen, leider sind die Parkplatzgebühren sehr hoch.

Wir haben uns selbst verpflegt. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Der Parkplatz ist sehr eng und mit 17 Euro pro Nacht extrem teuer . Eine Mülltrennung habe ich vermisst und würde mich freuen, wenn diese eingeführt werden könnte.

Super Lage, sauberes modernes Zimmer, lediglich der Teppich war etwas fleckig, aber trotzdem sauber. Preis-Leistung sehr gut und Abwicklung ohne persönlichen Kontakt vorbildlich gelaufen. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung mit allen, was man benötigt. Sehr gern wieder, wenn wir gemeinsam Kühlungsborn unsicher machen.

wir wären gern noch länger geblieben, denn Ostsee im Herbst ist toll und die Unterkunft passt dazu.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage

Die Wohnung war groß und umfangreich ausgestattet. Große Betten und modernes Bad. Extra Raum als Schlafzimmer. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Gute Lage, dicht zur Promenade.

Das Sofa war eine Bettcouch die jedoch nicht sehr bequem war und auch immer etwas auseinander ging.

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön. In der 2. Etage mit großem Balkon. Alles ordentlich.

Es fehlt ein bisschen eine Mikrowelle oder ein kleiner Ofen. Der reservierte Parkplatz sollte für den Aufenthalt festgelegt sein (z.B Nr. 5). Momentan muss man sich einen freien Parkplatz suchen und hoffen, dass noch einer frei ist. Es ist jedoch möglich dass sich ein nichtreserviertes Fahrzeug hingestellt hat.

Wir verbrachten 3 schöne Tage dort bei bestem Wetter!

Das Appartment war sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Der antike Schrank und die Standuhr kombiniert mit modernen Möbeln machte die Einrichtung individuell. Wir würden hier noch mal Urlaub machen!

Die Terrasse war schön groß, leider noch ohne Licht. Wir haben eine Kerze hingestellt...
