A clean modern facility with friendly staff. Some small problems.

The facility is modern and clean. The room is comfortable and has good lighting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The small lobby is attractive and has a few comfortable chairs, and bottled water where you can refill your own bottles and good information for tourists.

There’s a smell of sewer gas in the bathroom. The restaurant food was so so and the coffee there was not good at all. The table service was slow and they disappeared for long periods. My room faced the busy road, so there was a lot of noise starting very early in the morning that came through the closed window. Use earplugs when you sleep.

Locker small hotel with easy access to Centro

Lovely little hotel about 15 mins from the Centro. Staff are wonderful. Spotlessly clean. Rooms are good size and very comfortable

Great customer experience and indoor parking. Noisy neighbourhood.

The receptionist Gustavo is the heart of that hotel. He’s polite and very friendly. He gave us awesome tips about restaurants and places to visit in town. Loved the parking facilities.

Don’t expect to have a quiet night if you stay here. The walls are paper thin and the neighbourhood is very loud. I mean it. The hotel is located on a busy road. Even if you have a room at the back, you’ll hear everything!

Well maintained hotel in walking distance to the city

The location is within a 15 min. Walk to the city centre. The hotel is well maintained with a beautiful small patio. The staff is kind and helpful. The food in the restaurant is great but there are also batteries and restaurants nearby.

Very noisy as the hotel is just next to a main road. Morning traffic is heard from earlly morning and the walls/ and windows aren't sound isolated.

Good value for the price with friendly staff

The courtyard was lovely and the staff were super helpful and friendly. They let us check in early, which was super appreciated!

There was loud traffic constantly outside of the hotel. Our room was in the back and we could still hear it. The actual hotel space is cute, but the specific location made it hard to love this place- too many cars and a lot of noise. The lighting in the room was also very bright- there were no lamps.

Excellent value and a nice clean hotel with friendly staff.

The breakfast was not included and provided by a family or team that operate within the beautiful central open air court yard. Their food was really delicious, I decided to eat there for breakfast twice, despite Oaxaca City having so many choices. The court yard as mentioned was really beautiful and felt very calming. The room was spacious and clean, the shower was also with good pressure and hot. You are close enough to walk into Centro, however, it is still a walk, maybe 15 minutes or more. At night, the road feels a bit quiet and isolated, so depending how you feel, a taxi might feel necessary late.

The hotel is close to a fairly busy road, therefore, early you will hear and feel the vibrations of larger vehicles going by. For the price and everything else, this didn't bother me too much, but it could impact lighter sleepers. A room on the upper floor might mitigate this. The hotel is fairly well located, but as mentioned, you are a little walk from Centro, therefore, if you don't like walking or want to be more central for late nights, it may be worth checking this specifically.

So loud! You hear everything when people ring the doorbell to come in and back after a night- it seemed very loud and no one seemed conscious of controlling the volume but it never lasted very long, just when people come home. It’s on a main road so the road is noisy too

Comfortable stay with excellent staff

The room was huge with a king size bed. Very spacious. The staff supplied water every day and were extremely helpful. The courtyard is beautiful and food is great from the restaurant.

It was nice that a restaurant was part of hotel, as there were limited eating options nearby (within walking distance); very reasonable prices! Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.

Hotel overall was noisy, due to being on a very busy street and the open courtyard design. My room was in the back, and still very noisy at night, even with earplugs, with car noise, barking dogs and a very loud cat "in heat". Location was a bit far from everything..not bad if you don't mind walking or taking a taxi everywhere.

Quite disappointed

Oaxaca is very beautiful

I found the hotel to be very basic. There is a lack of basic services like, safe in the room, hairdryer, breakfast, decent shower. The hotel has the potential to be really beautiful because the building itself is nice, but the walls are thin and you can here everything from room to room and the street, actually the reception called us to tell us that our kids were being too noisy, I understand the other guests don’t want to be woken up by kids but we are also guests and it doesn’t feel very comfortable trying to keep your excited children quiet all the time because the hotel isn’t soundproof. There is no comfortable comunal space, your are either in your room or in the hard chairs of the courtyard in front of everyone else’s room and after being told to keep our kids quiet we didn’t fancy spending much time there. The shower was very weak and either came out boiling hot or freezing cold, I do feel quite disappointed in having chose this hotel, we have saved all year to take this holiday to my husbands country from Europe and the hotel wasn’t very comfortable at all.

Not good if you need WiFi

Room had a good size, basic room but with the essential things needed for a shirt stay (note there no kettle nor hair dryer available). Affordable and not too far from the city center you can walk there. The staff is nice and helpful overall.

Several things could improve. Brekfast: on the courtyard breakfast is served daily (not included in the price). On my first day when I finished eating, they asked me to leave the table because another customer needed to get a sit on my table… not necessarily impolite but was weird. My room was facing the courtyard in the ground floor and since the walls are too thin it was very noisy, I was able to hear the conversations of people outside, it gave me the impression of low privacy. The last but most important point for me, the WiFi… I needed to work from my hotel room for 2 days and it was practically impossible, 2 entire days there was no WiFi available in the property. After that it came back but it was pretty deficient and unreliable.

Good location; 15 mins walks to main attractions. Super friendly staff and clean/spacious rooms. Hot water in the shower. There's a tiny restaurant within the hotel.

Although you don't hear much noise from the street, you can hear other guests leaving super early for tours (as if the walls were very thin). I know that's not something the staff can control so I'm not blaming them. A good stay overall.

Superb

This place is underrated!!! has an amazing garden and super comfy room, owner and staffs are super nice, room cleaning everyday, fresh towels provided. water machine at reception was great providing hot/cold/ice water, I made ice coffee with it :) Overall I enjoyed it a lot here, will definitely come back again.

Nice secure location

Pretty walkable location that is close to a shopping center and a Santander branch. The rooms was spacious and extra blankets were provided in the closet. The courtyard was beautiful and the hotel felt very secure as the entrance was gated.

Nice, comfortable and affordable.

The location is affordable and the facilities look well maintained. In fact, it is like a new Hotel.

A little bit noisy, If you book a room with a balcony, it is NOT recommended because it is located in front of the main street (avenue). Other rooms are nice but you can hear the conversation of people from the other side of the Hotel.
