Lovely staff and hotel!

The hotel is gorgeous!! The staff was super friendly and helpful with hailing a taxi and offering plenty of suggestions of places to go in the city. We were also able to check in early which was a pleasant surprise. The tv in the hotel has streaming services and the room was so clean. Plus the location is a good one near the city center!

I have no complaints! The only thing I wish I got to try was the restaurant in the hotel, but they were doing reservations so totally understandable.

Nice family run hotel off the tourist route.

The staff was fantastic. Really helpful in small ways that made a big difference. Whatever questions or needs we had, they were able to answer and provide materials needed. They somehow knew it was my birthday and surprised me with chocolates and some sort of folded towel sculpture that was heartfelt, not merely a perfunctory service. I spotted the woman who prepared it and she was tickled, really joyful, at seeing my surprise and pleasure.

A little dark, but that is the nature of the building.

I wish every place I’ve stayed could be this comfortable, accommodating, and rewarding.

We loved everything about this hotel from check in to checking out. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our requests, our luggage, our every need. The hotel is beautifully appointed, quiet, in a good, safe location. I cannot say enough about the restaurant’s breakfast and coffee. We loved staying there and we have reservations to return.

There was NOTHING about this hotel I didn’t like.

Nice and conveniently located hotel with polite staff, although, located by a noisy road.

Located close to central town, polite and attentive staff, very clean.

Windows didn’t open so had to use air condition. Located by a busy road so it was very loud in the evening. They keep birds in a cage at the patio which is cruel to the animals.

Excellent!

Exceptionally clean, wonderful staff and great location. This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Zocalo with lots of local things to see along the way. Luis was so helpful arranging a couple of tours for us and when we sent our laundry in to be cleaned is was back in our room within 2 hours! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

The room safe and hair dryer didn’t work, but our passports were kept safely in the main safe and hair dryer wasn’t a big deal. Would have been nice to have a kettle or coffee maker in the room.

It was awesome!

A very comfortable hotel. Walking distance to downtown main attractions. The staff was very friendly. We stayed at the beginning of the Corona Virus Pandemic and they were very helpful and informative about the situation in Oaxaca City, mainly the manager Luis Coronado. We really appreciate everything they did for us and we highly recommend it.

Very comfortable hotel. Walking distance from downtown main attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful. El hotel cuenta con buena ubicación, el personal es amable. Las habitaciones muy altas y cómodas. Me agradó que cuentan con estacionamiento

No cuentan con movilidad para personas con discapacidad , el restaurante estaba en un primer nivel por lo que se tenía que subir escaleras. Lamentablemente al llegar nos comentaron que no lo único que vendían es huevo, entomatadas y café. Por lo cual, me parece que debería de tener mejor opciones de menú para contar con mayor variedad

La hospitalidad que nos ofreció Luis, siempre estuvo al pendiente de que la pasáramos bien, no solo en el alojamiento sino también en Oaxaca, se descansa muy bien , es una zona tranquila y no tuvimos problema alguno.

Koloniaal hotel, vriendelijk personeel, goede locatie en fijne kamers.

Goed bed, hoge plafonds, lekker koel ook zonder airco. Alles zag er verzorgd en netjes uit werden ondanks de late check-in vriendelijk ontvangen en gewezen op een restaurant wat nog open was (22.30). S’ochtends bij het ontbijt werden we uiterst vriendelijk bediend door de kokkin en die maakte het ons culinair naar de zin.
