4-Bedroom Luxury Apartment in New Gudauri

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – spacious, comfortable, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. Livni was wonderful – he welcomed us personally, explained everything clearly, and was available for any additional questions during our stay. There were ski lockers available, which is not something every place offers and was very convenient. The apartment was warm and cozy throughout our stay. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we had a very pleasant experience.

We had an exceptional stay and would definitely return. The apartment was clean and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 8 adults 2 children and a baby. - Host: Levani was fantastic, friendly, communicative, and incredibly helpful with our many requests. - Location: walking distance to the ski lift. - Convenience: There are two ski shops in the building, a great market right outside, and a Carrefour across the road. - Kosher-Friendly: The apartment offered some kosher options. Highly recommended for families or large groups!

Perfect Apartment. As a group we really enjoyed our stay here. Close to the main chair lift. The best host, who provided us transfer from and back to the airport. Modern fittings inside the Apartment. Very Clean. Safe etc. Loved it and will 100% return here when we book Gudauri next year.
