El personal del hotel muy amable. El hotel muy limpio y con todas las comodidades. A 3 minutos en coche del centro de Gudauri y a 5 minutos andando del telesilla más cercano. Además te ofrecen servicio gratuito de desplazamiento al telesilla por las mañanas.

Краєвид з вікна неймовірний, на гори) зручне ліжко, постіль чиста, гарна ванна кімната, сніданки чудові, домашня їжа, кожного дня різна. Є трансфер, який довозить до підйомника відправляється о 10:00, назад вже самостійно йдете або їдете на таксі.
Шумоізоляція погана, але коли втомлений то не грає ролі. Номер був маленький.

Kahvaltı çok yetersiz, kahvaltıda doymadan kalktığımı söyleyebilirim. En yakın piste servis aracıyla götürüyorlar ancak dönüşü kendiniz yürümeniz ya da taksitle dönmeniz lazım. Otel gibi değil de daha çok aile işletmesi olan pansiyon burası. Akşam yemeği yemedik ama fiyatlar etraftaki kaliteli 5 yıldızlı restoranlara göre daha pahalı. Zaten kahvaltısı yetersiz ve lezzetsiz olan bu pansiyonda akşam yemeği iyi olacağını düşünmüyorum.
