Northgate Hotel Kazbegi

It was an amazing stay,home 🏡 away from home... home cooked meals for breakfast.. Clean and cozy with spectacular views...the family was warm, welcoming and just incredible, I only have good things to say about the place, we enjoyed our stay, we were super relaxed ☺️ 😌 thank you team

We would have loved to watch TV 📺 in the comfort of our room have some drinking water in the room as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is excellent: situated on a very quiet street while still being just a short walk from the town center. The hotel has parking space for at least five cars, and we always found a spot after returning from our hikes. Even if the parking area is full, the nearby streets are usually almost empty, making it easy to park just a few meters away. The interior combines a loft-style design with carefully selected vintage furniture, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights is the panoramic view of Mount Kazbek from the kitchen on the first floor and the lounge area on the second floor. Enjoying breakfast or relaxing there in the evening after a day of hiking was a real pleasure. The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious enough with strong water pressure in the shower. The owners, an elderly couple, were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and respectful of guests' privacy. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

First of all, all the staff are quite helpful and understanding. They even prepared lunch for my hike. I had to study during my stay and they opened up the dining area for me. They are really nice people. Breakfast is just amazing. Those women are really talented. I’ll miss that breakfast. Also, all rooms and shared spaces have a great mountain view. The rooms are so clean. Spacious. The hotel is a 5min walk to the city center and a 20min walk to the beginning of the Gergeti trail.

Excellent small / medium size hotel, lovely, caring and sweetest owners (the couple), neat and clean rooms, beautiful lounge to hang around (I can spend whole day sitting there enjoying coffee / views as it offers so much relaxation), best breakfast we ever had thanks to the nicest lady who cooked everything herself, lovely breathtaking views.
