Room was fine, lot of space, ac, tv, free water, little terrace, quiet, privacy
is very far, the check in was complicated, there was a person but we still had to speak to someone on the phone, there is no moto rental, was overpriced, took me a lot of time to figure out how the hot water works

Your Hostess Emma is above and beyond one of the most courteous kind people that makes extra sure you are comfortable and happy during your stay. I've been a lot of places but Cozumel 568 seems more like home away from home than any other place I've been.
After three glorious weeks I had to come home. But I'll be back!

Clean and quiet
They provided two bath towels and nothing else. No wash cloths, no hand towels etc.

The place was clean and confortable in general
There was neither a hand towel nor bed cover. The window blinds were broken. In general everything looked cheap (from toilet paper to towels to tbe shower head). After making the reservation we were notified that hot water is limited to 30 liters and then you have to wait at least an hour for the water to heat again.
