The location of the apartment was great as it was centrally located. I felt safe and secure. It was clean and nicely furnished. The bedroom and the living room furniture were comfortable. Good water pressure. The owners were close by so when I needed help they were right there.

Hosts were super nice and ready to take care of anything I needed. Inexpensive for such a large place. Right on main road so easy to get anywhere by car or by foot. Less that 10 min drive to the port & main tourist area. Less than 30 min walk to the same. Close to good restaurants, aways from the hordes or tourists flooding in from cruise ships. Would be happy to stay there again.
Water pressure was a little light but certainly not a problem. Road could be a bit noisy at night.

Well the location itself is awful because of the noise. It is like living on a freeway. The apartment itself is very nice, and that I appreciated very much. I did have to buy a knife a cutting board and a glass appropriate of my Cocktails. The host family is great.
The noise! I have a problem the sleep anyway, so contributed to the problem. The Host family let me use a adjoining Studio the sleep - so that worked for me. If you want to go to the town square, it is quite a drive, luckily i lived in Cozumel for years and had no interest in going there - except my dentist is on the outskirts of it. Actually my favorite Pescaderia and restaurant are walking distance from there.
