Everything was great! Starting with location, it was located 5 minutes drive from the center and 5 minutes from the airport, so walking would be about 30 minutes from each. Cool thing about apartment's location was that it was located more inland away from tourists, busy roads, and high prices. I felt like I was eating and living amongst locals, who were every welcoming, especially if you speak a bit of Spanish. Yazmin, the owner, was super friendly, spoke great English, and easy to contact. She gave me plenty of recommendations for what to do and where to eat for the best cultural experience. Apartment had everything I needed. First floor had a fully stocked kitchen with a fridge, a microwave, and a hot plate/stove, bathroom with shower, and a small living room area with air conditioner. Second floor had a specious bedroom, TV, wardrobe, and another air conditioner. Although the area was a bit ran down, I felt safe. It was also quiet at night, which made my nights restful and relaxed. Great place!

Bathroom did not feel private as it had a ventilation window at the top and I could hear everything and everyone who was on the other side. Shower did not have hot water for too long. Staircase was made of concrete steps of various height and length which was a bit unsafe (I almost fell once). Bedroom had a strong mold smell to it. No laundry/washer/dryer machines in the apartment.

El trato es muy personal y el apartamento es muy completo.

La habitación está subiendo unas escaleras y el baño lo tiene abajo así que es un poco incómodo. Está alejado de todo y en un barrio muy humilde que de noche da un poco de respeto aunque no inseguro.

THE HOST WAS NICE AND RESPONSIVE TO OUR REQUESTS. THEY ALSO PROVIDE FREE DRINKING WATER. THE LOCATION WAS WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE TO MR. TACO AND LE MISSION RESTAURANTS, A SMALL SUPERMARKET AND CURRENCY EXCHANGE PLACES.

THE LOCATION IS NOT IN A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD. THERE WERE TWO VERY RUSTED AND OLD VEHICLES PARKED DIRECTLY IN FRONT ON THE PLACE. ALSO THERE WAS A LOT OF JUNK AND DEBRIS/GARBAGE ON OR NEAR THE STREET THAT WE HAD TO WALK BY, WHICH WAS NOT GREAT TO SEE. THE PLACE INSIDE IS VERY SMALL. WE ENDED UP USING THE COFFEE TABLE TO SIT ON TO HAVE OUR MEALS.
