Vacation Rental - Standard Room at Casa Cocoa

We had a fantastic stay - the host Patrick was great and helpful. The property was very clean, and the interior courtyard with garden (turtles!) and outdoor kitchen was very special and unique. A wonderful place to just relax after a day of exploring. The place is within reasonable walking distance (about 25 min) from the ferry terminal, and the neighbourhood felt very safe. Would definitely go back!

No complaints - a few more shelves would have been nice :-)

My sister and I stayed there for 3 wonderful weeks. Location is a little away from the chaos of the center but in a safe neighbirhood and only 7 minutes ride by affordable mototaxi/taxi. The outdoor kitchen adds beauty to the property since you can enjoy the weather and prepare your meal, meeting interesting people & even have a taste of the plantins from the garden. The owner Patrick is very kind and attentive, answering all the questions and prividing guidance. Everywhere is constantly clean and spotless. Overall if you are looking for an affordable yet perfect stay, look no more:)

The tops were: nice bed, quiet location, nice garden with turtles and outdoor kitchen, friendly host. It is a little further from the center, but with a scooter a perfect spot for a few days on the island.

Patrick was very friendly and nice. The outside spaces were pleasant, and it was in a quiet neighbourhood. The cleaning staff was very good and super friendly. Rooms were basic and fine. There are some great local eateries in the neighbourhood. Value for money is good.

The pictures are from a while back and the property is a bit run down. Totally fine, but not quite what it looked like. The shared kitchen was very basic and sometimes other guests left it messy. Everything just felt a bit tired. We mostly had good other guests to share the space with, but then some rather loud young men arrived that didn't respect the quiet rules even after being asked. They also didn't clean up after themselves in the shared areas. I am sure this was just bad luck and timing for us. The location is quite a long way from most grocery stores etc.
