Quiet and clean
Very noisy late at night with someone using the washing machine at 11pm onwards
People closing doors too loud in the middle of the night waking me up.
Personally if I’m closing a door, I am conscious of good manners of doing so very carefully to avoid unnecessary noise.

Clean and cheap, and quite fine.
Was a bit small and the arrangements for getting in were poor. I was told someone would definitely be there to meet me, but turned up to find three unlabelled doors, no sign saying the guest house name. I tried ringing on the door bells but getting no answer. I couldn't get wifi as I wasn't in, and eventually had to call home and get them to check online to find that they had left a key code and proper instructions, which really could have been given to me a lot earlier.
