Nothing much really, some milk sachet would have been good but it was generally well stocked.

V nicely and stylishly furnished. Comfortable beds. V clean. Excellent location and in house parking a boon.

A problem with water supply and electrics which has obviously been ongoing for a considerable time - see previous reviews. We had arrived and unpacked when we received a call to say we “could not be allowed to stay there” as there was a problem with hot water. There was a member of Host and Stays maintenance team on site at the time and he was unable to find a fault and reassured us there was no danger. As we were only booked for 3 nights we were not prepared to move to the alternative properties offered which were in any case not up to the standard of Turnstones. The next afternoon there was a problem with the electrics and most of the lights and plug sockets failed. Our efforts to contact “customer care” was hopeless, the service is atrocious. It seems to be operating from a call centre, I cannot believe it is an office in Gisburn as the local dial code would indicate. I now think “Charlie” is some sort of AI bot and it is impossible to speak to anyone who knows what is going on. (Several fraught and infuriating hours later we did get a call from the Host and Stay maintenance electrician who was helpful.)
