The house was lovely and comfortable. It was a good location near to town.

The awful smell from outside from the neighbours. We stayed during a heatwave and were unable to open any windows and doors due to the overpowering awful rancid smell. Which made our stay hot and muggy inside the house. The smell was so bad it made you feel sick.

Great location, beautiful house that suited three generations of our family (ground floor bedroom and accessible bathroom were really helpful). Hot tub was great!

A few more tea towels and oven gloves would be great for guests - although I must add that when we contacted the hosts they very quickly provided these, which was appreciated. Clearer instructions for the bins/recycling would have been useful as we inherited waste from the previous guests along with a note from them on the noticeboard explaining they also couldn't work out what to do with the waste!

Loved the Hot Tub. The whole house was well equipped and beautifully clean throughout.

There was Nothing about the property I didn’t like

The property was in an ideal location and within walking distance of most things. It was clean with comfortable beds

The lack of information with regards to the Nest and front door camera, I’d read in previous reviews and replies from the owner that this could potentially be unplugged but despite that there was no information on this in the basic info folder provided so clearly previous concerns hadn’t been addressed felt abit like ‘big brother is watching you’ 🤣 There was plenty of misspelled notes around the property giving instructions so that was good and helpful! Was too scared to go in the hot tub after reading every warning ⚠️
