If you travel near to Bari such as Alberobello or Locorotondo, the residenze is best choice. But it is a little bit far away from old town
Maybe its neighboorhood. Although there is huge park near, it seems quiet and eerie.

The location is right next to the train station, so it's convenient if you want to avoid walking to catch a train or even to the airport by train. To get to the city center, you'll have to walk about 20 minutes, and we even walked to the beach in about 30 minutes. They provide plenty of coffee, as well as milk, water, cookies, jams, and Nutella. The window had a lovely view of a local park.
In addition, the cleaning lady was very friendly and they also allowed us a one-hour late check-out at no extra cost
Maybe you can get a little noise early because people go out, But it's understandable because the hotel only has 5 or 6 rooms and a single hallway. Also, it was a bit difficult to find the building, as the hotel's name is written in very small print on the intercom, and what we didn't know is that it's a normal residential building, where they renovated the second floor and created rooms.

Everything was perfect! The cleanliness was excellent, and the location was very convenient—close to Bari Centrale, as well as bus and train connections. For every question we had, Andrea was always very quick to respond and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

Location is good, next to the railway station (direct connection to the airport & seaside towns). The apartman clean and spacious.
It is very noisy. You can hear everything from the side/above neighbours, and from outside (concerts & basketball court in front of the building). Earplugs are a must.
