Close to what we needed

It was all ok

The host was extremely friendly and helpful, he even let me check in an hour early because I arrived sooner than planned. My room was small but contained everything I needed; a small kitchenette with microwave, one plug in hob, a toaster, sink and fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was unexpectedly high quality. I asked for a fan because of the heatwave and a big powerful one was supplied as promised. The living area comprised of a small comfy sofa, coffee table and tv. I don’t watch tv so can’t say what channels are on it. There’s also a small dining table with 2 chairs. I was in a very quiet part of the building and didn’t get disturbed by any noise. Downstairs is a store cupboard where guests can help themselves to tea, coffee, sugar, milk, loo rolls, towels etc!

The shower is tiny and has a shower curtain fitted inside the door, making me think that maybe the door seal leaks. The shower itself is very good but there is hardly any room to move.

Good location in central Malton with a car park close by. Large apartment. Communication from the management company was good and the bed was super comfy.

No TV in the bedroom. Just an empty bracket. There is one in the photos. Wouldn't normally bother me but I was staying for work and needed to try and relax and this was vital. Very steep stairs. Luckily a man saw me struggling and carried my case up. It was ok for a business trip but not what I would want for a break away.
