The Hayloft is a home from home holiday let and is part of a redundant set of agricultural farm buildings, the grade 2 listed property was sympathetically converted in 2017 by the owners to a very high standard.
Located in the village of Broughton (a no-through village) it is in an ideal location for touring the area with Castle Howard & The Arboretum 6 miles away, York 18 miles away, Helmsley 15 miles, Malton 1 mile, Pickering & The North York Moors Steam railway 9 miles, Thornton-le-dale 9 miles, Whitby 30 miles.
Pub serving food within 800 metres Cantonese restaurant within 2 miles + all the
amenities in central Malton (less than a mile away) which is reputed to be the Food Capital of the North.

This is an absolutely beautiful old barn which has been renovated to a very high standard indeed. The owners have included so many thoughtful touches like clothes drying racks, power points with usbs, even a picnic basket. It is so well laid out and comfortable. Lovely location too. Fabulous.
