The property was clean and comfortable. The generous welcome goodies left by the owner were a lovely surprise and very much enjoyed!
Only downside was the kettle needed descaling but we boiled the water in a pan.

Absolutely wonderful,
Flowery bank was a great stay, we, last minute decided to go to visit family in Yorkshire and we came across this little gem. What a place, lovely. Very easy access couldn’t have wished for a better place, close to amenity’s and not far from York. Will definitely stay again
