Very nice relaxing stay we love the area

The big television and fridge the bed was comfy and the shower was nice. Nice an warm and cosy. The view out the picture window was incredible and it was very quiet and private

We used the sofa bed to watch tv and the springs were very prominent we had to use pillows it would have been terrible to sleep on The garden isn’t dog friendly so when our dog needed a wee we had to get dressed and take him out in the dark for a walk The field was waterlogged so couldn’t use (Mother Nature) There is no plug next to the mirror in the bedroom or a stool to sit on to dry my hair Quite hard to find could do with a bigger sign as it was really dark The gate should be locked at all times Gates to field really hard to open so had to walk through next doors garden but nonone was staying there

Superb accommodation. Lovely and bright and warm, spotlessly clean and a great outlook onto fields. Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Easy parking right outside the door. Great dog walking in the field.

Peaceful, spacious, comfortable accommodation with a great field to exercise dogs.

The accommodation was very clean and surprisingly very spacious. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked another long weekend there before we left. Great location and easy access from main road. Practical layout and extremely relaxing decor.

The very deep kitchen Belfast sink, although we didn’t cook anything so didn’t have to wash up much, just basics - mugs, plates, bowls. I’m quite tall so deep low sinks are not my favourite, but that’s purely subjective. Also, the bed is quite low down, but this is also a very personal viewpoint, we’re used to a high base and deep mattress. Despite this we both enjoyed good sleep during our stay and these 2 points are only very minor. We have booked another long weekend next year so neither are deal breaking. Purely personal preferences.

Cozy Getaway in a Quiet Countryside Location, beautiful stable conversion!

Our stay at Boundary Stable in Pickering was truly relaxing and memorable. The stable conversion is beautifully decorated with stylish furnishings, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect—quiet and surrounded by countryside, yet only a short drive to Pickering. The accommodation itself offered everything I needed: a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living area with a flat-screen TV, and a lovely terrace for enjoying peaceful garden views. Features like free WiFi, parking, and pet-friendliness made my stay easy and enjoyable. Self check-in was straightforward, and the property felt very private and secure. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as a spotlessly clean space and excellent amenities. Boundary Stable made for the ideal base to explore the area or simply unwind in a relaxing setting. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pickering, and I’m looking forward to returning in the future. The dogs really enjoyed the 10 acres of land to the rear of the property

Wi-fi worked, but was a little slow. Would be nicer with a little faster speed as phone reception in the area wasn't amazing. Having said that, has no impact on the fact that we would love to return one day.

Been before love the cottage and the field behind for our dog to have a good run in, so relaxing

The settee was a little hard and getting out of it wasn’t easy had to sit with a cushion under myself

Great location. Easy check in. Plenty of room for a couple and baby.

A lot of the kitchen ware (plates, cups etc) weren’t clean so needed washing before using. There were dishwasher tablets provided but no dishwasher. Would have been nice to have been provided with hand soap for bathroom.

Nice property and location. Poor presentation spoiled the stay.

Pickering is a nice friendly place to visit.

The hot tap in the shower room hand basin could not be turned off. This has been mentioned many times by previous guests. The tap no longer 'dribbled', it 'ran' water constantly. The wall on the right-hand side of the shower room hand basin was covered in toothpaste splashes. The crockery was stained and chipped, and the floor under the sofa had rubbish under it. Provision of a dustpan and brush would be welcome. The internet was pathetic, 1MB download speed.

Would recommend this lovely stable conversion

Lovely location close enough to Pickering but also quiet inside. Tastefully decorated & comfortably furnished. Lovely grounds. Whilst not pristine it was clean enough. Sadly no WiFi during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely area and accommodation.

Great location, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Decorated to a very high standard and within walking distance of the nearest pub which served nine food.

As we arrived after dark and a three hour trip, it would have been nice to have a few sachets of coffee and some milk left so we could have a drink. We weren’t expecting a huge welcome pack but were on water until we went out for breakfast the next morning.

Overall very nice but costly for what was provided. Lovely oak finish and white decor- very light .

The adjoining field was much appreciated as we had a dog. Good views and quiet. Good that Netflix available!

The kitchen was very under equipped . We are used to condiments provided ( no salt , no oil , etc small frying pan. No welcome pack? The sofa very uncomfortable : it was a sofa bed. Could nt open the velux windows for fresh air ( kitchen) .

Fantastic Property!

Everything about this property is amazing. This was our second stay and we will return next year. Lovely friendly host, great garden for dogs, fantastic walks on your doorstep as well as pubs and restaurant nearby.

This was not a problem for us but it would be nice if the kitchen had a few more utensils such as a casserole dish, cheese grater etc. However, what was there is adequate and we were able to cook what we needed.

Amazing place

The pictures didn't do it justice, really cozy and peaceful. I love the decor and it felt like a home away from home.

The sofa was a bit uncomfortable but only a minor issue.
