Perfect location, perfect property, perfect host. Wouldn’t change anything about Boundary Stable.

Personally there was nothing to dislike.

Lovely second stay at Boundary Stable! Comfortable, cosy, peaceful and private - all the things we loved about it the first time. The hay bale views upon arrival were an added bonus too! We had another amazing meal at The Middleton Arms down the road and visited Cedarbarn Farm Shop which we’d missed on our last visit (highly recommend both) as well as spending time around Dalby Forest, Goathland and Thornton-le-Dale, all just a short drive away. Safe to say we would happily stay at Boundary Stable again, it’s the only place in 3 years we have made a return visit to - we love it!

Lovely clean well appointed property finished to a high standard and very up to date facilities across the accommodation with by the door parking outside, secure place with driveway entrance gates, nice garden/seating to the front but overlooked by the larger property adjacent over a short in height wall if this is an issue for your requirements there is no back garden to this property.

Nothing apart from the large family group staying in the larger house next door had a very friendly family dog which came visiting unsupervised from their own back garden several times not a problem for myself but maybe to others. It didn't affect me as I love dogs so I never highlighted it while staying there. But maybe a small gate blocking one garden from the other come solve this, it didn't occur to me until I left the property but usually during the day the entrance gates were wide open and this dog may have ventured unsupervised onto the very busy A170 outside.
